No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds on purchases once an order is confirmed and shipped.

We request customers to make sure all details are correct before placing an order. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Quality Concerns

In rare cases where you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
